Winter is certainly not everyone's cup of tea, but for the Swiss it is a must. It offers many opportunities in the snow-covered mountains, beautiful forests and numerous breathtaking lakes. All outdoor activities have one thing in common: it is usually bitterly cold. That's why we'd like to remind you of our thermo collection, from insulated bottles to food jars, which keep the contents hot or cold for hours and provide you with warmth during your journey of discovery through the snowy Swiss landscape. We would also like to share two of our insider tips with you.

Winter hike with the St. Bernards
This breed is often associated with Switzerland because of the mountain rescue work that St. Bernards have carried out in the country for centuries. What better companion than the St. Bernard to discover the snow-covered landscapes of Champex-Lac and take a walk around the frozen lake? On the winter walks with the St. Bernards, children up to the age of 10 have the opportunity to take turns being pulled by the dogs in the sled, while their parents can take turns leading a St. Bernard on a lead if required. This is possible every weekend for the rest of February until March 1. Our Gemstone collection is perfect for refreshments after a wild sleigh ride. Thanks to the ultra-thin inner body, which is produced using a special spinning technology, the weight has been reduced by 30 percent compared to conventional production methods. So even the St. Bernard won't notice the extra weight.
A ride with the world record holder
The world's steepest funicular railroad has been running from Schwyz to Stoos since December 16, 2017. The planning and realization period lasted a full 14 years. In terms of comfort and convenience, the new funicular far surpasses the railroad it replaced! The journey now only takes 4-7 minutes and is located in the middle of the village right next to the ski area. Thanks to the automatic level compensation of the cabins, you hardly notice the 744 meters of altitude difference as you are always standing on a horizontal surface. One cabin holds 34 passengers - with four cabins per car, this results in a transport capacity of 136 passengers per trip. After 1740 meters of altitude it can get pretty cold, our Hot & Cold collection warms you from the inside even on mountain peaks thanks to the double-walled insulation. Available in many colors and sizes, there is certainly something for the whole family.
